Enterprise DAM Redesign

Led the 0→1 design of a custom Digital Asset Management system for a high-volume apparel manufacturer. After a quick discovery session, I mapped key workflows, researched DAM patterns, and used AI-assisted exploration to validate early structures.

The final system centralized mockups, production files, statuses, search, pricing, and QR-based order initiation, giving Thread Co a single source of truth for all design assets.
